If you receive a product that appears to be wrong, materially damaged during transit, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact our customer support promptly with supporting photographs/videos and your order details.

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery.
For products where the condition or contents cannot reasonably be verified without opening the package, customers are encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package until the product and its contents are fully visible.
An unboxing video may assist us in investigating claims relating to missing, damaged, incorrect or defective products. However, the absence of an unboxing video does not by itself determine the outcome of a genuine complaint.
New Samrat Deals does not provide refunds for ordinary returns, change-of-mind requests, personal preference, or other reasons covered under the general No Return / No Refund policy.
Where a refund is required or agreed upon following verification of a valid issue, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method and in accordance with the applicable law and circumstances of the transaction.
Product exchange or replacement is not available as a general facility.
However, where a product is verified to have a manufacturing defect, is materially damaged, or an incorrect product has been supplied, New Samrat Deals may consider replacement or another appropriate resolution after investigation, subject to product availability and applicable law.
Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty or after-sales support, the applicable warranty terms and conditions of the manufacturer will also apply.
New Samrat Deals may assist the customer in communicating with the manufacturer or authorised service provider where reasonably possible. Such assistance does not constitute an independent warranty beyond the warranty expressly provided with the product.
